Visit Life Savers Animal Rescue (LSAR) is a great local rescue group utilizing foster homes to place unwanted dogs and cats. 

Petwhere Software is an excellent Animal Shelter/Animal Control software developed by a terrific foundation specifically to provide animal shelters a free software that will make Shelter Administration jobs easier.  We've been utilizing this software for a few years now and really like it
